Our Mission
Our Mission is to ensure the highest level of educational innovation supporting students, faculty and staff with community involvement in a partnership of lifetime learning. Through community support and involvement, the Foundation works to enhance the Owen J. Roberts School District’s potential to become a world class school district by helping to bring innovative programs to the classroom that will afford our students the skills and tools necessary to compete in the ever-changing, fast paced global environment.
We are committed to building a strong sense of community throughout the district by:
- developing increased cooperation among groups
- serving the students of the district
- instilling a greater sense of pride in the entire community.
The Education Foundation operates independently from the district, but is intended to support the educational goals of the district for our students.
We are a member of the Tri-County Chamber of Commerce and
the Mid-Atlantic Consortium of Educational Foundations.
